REFUND POLICY

For any product, simply return it with your order reference number within 21 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it if it was damaged on arrival or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We ask that you contact us with the reason for the return as it may aid in improving processes and prevent future issue occurrences and so that we can expect its arrival back; for refund or replacement.

Additionally, please note the following:

Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased
If any items returned for an exchange or refund are missing components, batteries, or accessories it was shipped with, then only a partial refund covering any missing articles for refund requests, or invoice will be made to cover the missing articles.
On issuing a refund we will not reimburse the cost of shipping the product back to us nor applicable processing fees that took place for the order.
The products in the OEM Components category are exceptions to the refund policy and are excluded from refund eligibility.

For orders not yet shipped, please contact us to cancel your order with your order number and it will be cancelled shortly after receiving your request no questions asked at renewedgamingrelics@gmail.com with "Order Cancellation Request [insert your order number] " as part of the subject line.
